Established in 2006, Małkowski Matczuk Wieczorek Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych was founded by legal adviser Tomasz Matczuk, advocate Piotr Wieczorek, and legal adviser Paweł Małkowski. From the onset, they put into practice the Firm’s motto: “Different Approach” both in rendering legal assistance to their clients and in the Firms’s approach to its employees and associates. After almost 15 years of working together we have become a team of over 30 people providing a wide spectrum of legal services, focused on our values, remaining faithful to our approach to work and life, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, some of whom are with WMM from its very beginning.

Obviously, several years of our existence have also meant constant changes, both in legal regulations and in the case of our clients, partners, and MWW’s employees. Without a doubt during this time we have educated a respectable group of lawyers who are the pillars of our firm, as well as others who have successfully joined the ranks of other legal assistance providers. During that time, we have also gained life experience without losing our youthful enthusiasm for providing unique solutions for our clients.

Asked where we want to be in 5 or 10 years, we say that we would prefer to be in the same place with the same people, delivering the same values to our partners as before, not succumbing to transient trends, and improving our legal competences based on the successes of our clients.
